455.503. 1. A petition for an order of protection for
a child shall be filed in the county where the child resides,
where the alleged incident of domestic violence [or],
stalking, or sexual assault occurred, or where the respondent
may be served.
2. Such petition may be filed by any of the following:
(1) A parent or guardian of the victim;
(2) A guardian ad litem or court-appointed special advocate appointed for the victim; or
(3) The juvenile officer.
