FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal states a petitioner shall not be required to provide his or her Social Security number on any petition or document filed in connection with a protection order. The court may require the Social Security number be retained on a confidential case sheet or other confidential record maintained with the case.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
