ASSUMPTION



Officials from the Office of the Governor, Office of Administration - Division of Design and Construction and the City of Fulton assume the proposal would have no fiscal impact on their office.



Officials from the Office of the Attorney General assume any potential costs related to this proposal could be absorbed with existing resources.



Oversight assumes there will be no change in ownership of property and therefore no direct fiscal impact as a result of this proposal.

DESCRIPTION



This proposal authorizes the Governor to convey a permanent easement on state-owned property located in Callaway County to the City of Fulton. The Commissioner of Administration shall set the terms and conditions for the sale and the Attorney General shall approve the form of the instrument of conveyance.



The proposal contains an emergency clause.



This proposal is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
