ASSUMPTION
Officials with the Department of Transportation and the Missouri Veteran's Commission assume this proposal would have no fiscal impact on their agencies.
Officials with Department of Revenue (DOR) assume they could incur cost to notify the field offices of procedural changes. Oversight assumes that DOR could absorb any cost with existing resources.

FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal would remove the requirement for veteran's to have served "during a period of war" to obtain a special motorcycle license plate.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
