DESCRIPTION
This bill authorizes Cass County to choose by ordinance any county planning and zoning program authorized by state statute, except planning and zoning for a first classification charter county.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
