ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Office of Secretary of State - General Council and the Department of Agriculture stated that this proposal would have no effect on their agencies.
Officials from the City of Adrian indicated they would incur costs from $125 to $400 for signs and birdhouses to be erected in FY 2004. Oversight assumes the proposal does not require the City of Adrian to erect signs or birdhouses, so no fiscal impact is projected.
