ASSUMPTION
Oversight notes that the proposal requires some agencies to consult with the proposed committee. Department of Health officials stated consultation could be accomplished with existing resources. Oversight assumes any other agencies could handle requests for information from the committee with existing resources.

No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal would establish a Joint Committee on Out-of-School Programs. The Committee would make an analysis of the quantity and quality of out-of-school programs
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space. This proposal would not affect Total State Revenue.
