ASSUMPTION
Officials of the Boone County Clerk's office assume no fiscal impact.
Officials of the Greene County Medical Examiner's office stated they do not have Deputy County Coroners, therefore, there would be no fiscal impact.
County Officials not responding are as follows: The counties of Marion, Jefferson, Warren, Johnson, Taney, Franklin, and Cass.

DESCRIPTION
This bill changes the organization that certifies a deputy coroner from the County Officials Training Commission to the Missouri Coroners and Medical Examiners Association.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
