No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal removes Christian Science practitioners from the mandated child abuse and neglect reporter portion of Chapter 210, RSMo, on child protection and places them in the mandated child abuse and neglect reporter portion of Chapter 352 on religious and charitable organizations.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
