Officials of the Department of Transportation assume no fiscal impact.
Oversight assumes Township County officials would have positive administrative impact from not having to file an inventory statement with the State Department of Transportation, and the State Department of Transportation would experience positive administrative impact from not having to maintain a file of inventory statements from Township Counties. Fiscal impact would be insignificant. Oversight assumes no state or local fiscal impact.
