ASSUMPTION
Officials with the Department of Public Safety assume this proposal would have no fiscal impact on their agency.
Officials with the Department of Transportation (MoDOT) indicated that Lincoln County Memorial Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8828 has agreed to pay for all the appropriate signage, therefore, MoDOT assumes no fiscal impact on their agency.

DESCRIPTION
This legislation designates a portion of state highway J in Lincoln County from the intersection of state highway J and state highway 47 to the intersection of state highway J and state highway U as the "Veterans Highway."
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
