DESCRIPTION



This proposal expands the definition of "cosmetology establishment" to include rented space by a licensed cosmetologist for the purpose of providing cosmetology services in a licensed

establishment.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
