FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business



No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.





DESCRIPTION



The proposed legislation limits the validity of a concealed carry permit from another state to 30 days. If a person with a permit issued by another state fails to apply for a Missouri concealed carry permit within 30 days of entering Missouri, the permit from the other state will become invalid.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
