FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business



This proposal may have an impact on small businesses that employ interior designers as the registration requirements are reduced.



DESCRIPTION



This proposal reduces the verification of experience requirements for registered commercial interior designers from five to two client references and five to two industry references to be submitted to the National Council for Interior Design Qualification.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
