DESCRIPTION



This proposal allows culinary students older than 18 years of age to taste, but not consume or drink, any beer, ale, porter, wine, or other similar malt or fermented beverage as part of the required curriculum.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
