Officials from the Department of Public Safety, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Office of State Courts Administrator, Springfield Police Department, and Boone County Sheriff's Office assume the proposal will have no fiscal impact on their organizations.


Officials from the Department of Social Services state the proposal will have no direct impact on their organization as criminal background checks would be done by either the Highway Patrol or local law enforcement agencies.
