Officials from the Department of Economic Development - Public Service Commission assume the proposal will not fiscally impact their agency.


Officials from the Department of Natural Resources did not respond to our fiscal impact request. However, in response to SCS/SB 915 from the 2006 session officials from the Department of Natural Resources do not anticipate any significant direct fiscal impact from the proposal.
