ASSUMPTION
Officials of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police and St. Louis Board of Police Commissioners did not respond to our fiscal impact request.
In response to identical legislation of last session, fiscal note 4410-01 HB 1412, the Metropolitan Police Department stated they would have no fiscal impact.
Oversight assumes no state fiscal impact.
