Oversight sent response request to numerous agencies, and none have responded. In response to fiscal note 2563-04 which is identical, the following fiscal impact responses were made.

 

Officials of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department assume no fiscal impact.


Oversight assumes this proposal grants authority to the St. Louis Police Board, any fiscal impact would be discretionary. Oversight assumes this proposal as written does not create any new duties or expenditure of funds. Oversight assumes no state or local fiscal impact.
