FISCAL ANALYSIS

ASSUMPTION

Oversight assumes under current law the citizens located within a hospital district would vote for six directors. This proposal would require that in Iron County each voter would vote for one director from the hospital district in which the voter resides. Oversight assumes this is a procedural change and would have no significant impact. For purposes of this fiscal note Oversight will assume no fiscal impact.

Oversight sent a request to the Iron County Clerk for a response.
