ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Department of Public Safety - Director’s Office and the State Emergency Management Agency each assume the proposal will not fiscally impact their respective agencies.
In response to a similar proposal from this year (HB 118), officials from the Department of Public Safety - Office of the Adjutant General assumed the proposal will not fiscally impact their agency.
Officials from the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations assume the proposal will not fiscally impact their agency.
Officials from the Office of the State Courts Administrator assume the proposal will not fiscally impact the courts.
