Officials from the Office of State Courts Administrator state this proposal has no fiscal impact on the Courts.


Officials from the Office of Attorney General assume that any potential costs arising from this proposal can be absorbed with existing resources.


Officials from the Department of Social Services - Division of Youth Services and Family Support Division, Rehabilitation Services for the Blind, the Department of Health and Senior Services, the Department of Mental Health, and the Department of Higher Education assume this proposal will have no fiscal impact on their respective agencies.
