ASSUMPTION


Officials at the Office of Administration (OA) assume this proposal would require DPMM to establish bid language to inform bidders that a preference may be applied if the quality of performance and price standards as stated in the proposal are met. OA assumes the cost would be absorbed with existing resources.


Officials at the Department of Conservation assume an insignificant fiscal impact.


Officials at the Missouri Veterans Commission and the Missouri Department of Transportation assume that there is no fiscal impact from this proposal.
