FISCAL DESCRIPTION
This act designates a portion of State Highway 84 from the Interstate Highway 55 exit to the Caruthersville city limits as the "Corporal Rickey L. Bell Memorial Highway."
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
