Officials from the cities of St. Louis, Springfield, Fulton; counties of St. Charles, Franklin, Platte; St. Louis Public Schools and the Kansas City School District did not respond to our request for fiscal impact.


Oversight assumes the provisions in this proposal will not have a fiscal impact on local political subdivisions.
