ASSUMPTION


Officials from the Department of Agriculture, Department of Public Safety - Office of Director and Missouri State Highway Patrol, Department of Conservation, and the Department of Revenue state this proposal will have no fiscal impact on their respective agencies.


Officials from the Department of Natural Resources assume they will incur a cost of $5,600 for 100 helmets for their 56 utility vehicles.


Oversight assumes this cost can be absorbed with existing resources.


Officials from the following Cities and Counties state this proposal will have no fiscal impact on their respective political subdivisions: Kansas City, West Plains, Centralia, St Louis County, and Cass County.
