FISCAL ANALYSIS


ASSUMPTION


Officials from the Department of Revenue, Department of Public Safety - Missouri State Highway Patrol, and Department of Agriculture state there will be no fiscal impact to their respective agencies as a result of this proposed legislation.


Officials from the Department of Transportation assumed there would be no fiscal impact to the Highway Fund as a result of this proposal.


In response to identical legislation from last year (HB 550 FN 1609-01), officials from the Department of Revenue stated that implements of husbandry are already included in the definition of "special mobile equipment" and are already exempt from titling and registration requirements per §301.133, RSMo.
