Officials of St. Louis County assume no fiscal impact.

Officials of the Clinton County Commission assume there could be some administrative impact.

This proposal would remove the other options of payment to the county officer, or to both the officer and the county. Oversight assumes to pay only the county would have no fiscal impact to either the city or county. Oversight assumes no state fiscal impact.
