Officials from the Department of Social Services, Office of Prosecution Services and the Office of the State Courts Administrator each assume the proposal would have no fiscal impact on their respective agencies.
Officials from the Office of the Attorney General assume that any potential costs arising from this proposal can be absorbed with existing resources.
Officials from the St. Louis Family Court have not responded to Oversight’s request for fiscal information.
