ASSUMPTION


Officials from the Department of Public Safety - Directors Office and Missouri Highway Patrol as well as the Office of the State Public Defender each assume the proposal would not fiscally impact their respective agencies.


Officials from the Springfield Police Department assume the proposal would not fiscally impact their agency.


Officials from the Boone County Sheriff’s Department state the proposal would not fiscally impact their agency, and that they already do this.


Sheriffs from Greene County, Jackson County as well as the Police Departments of St. Louis County, Columbia, Kansas City and the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department did not respond to our request for fiscal impact.
