Oversight sent response requests to the City of St. Louis and the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, and received no response from either.


In response to identical legislation of the 2006 session, in fiscal note 4410-01, HB 1412, officials of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department made the following fiscal note response:


Officials of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department stated there would be no fiscal impact to their department.


Oversight assumes no state fiscal impact.
