FISCAL ANALYSIS
ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Department of Insurance, Finance, and Professional Regulation state this proposal has no impact on their agency.
Officials from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education state this proposal does not increase or decrease the cost of the school foundation formula. There does not appear to be any state cost associated with the proposal.
Officials from the Marshfield School District assume that other options remain in place; therefore, no fiscal impact is expected.
This proposed legislation was sent to several other school districts who did not respond to a request for fiscal impact.
Oversight assumes this proposal is permissive so there would be no fiscal impact to school districts.
