ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Office of the State Courts Administrator assume the proposal would have no fiscal impact on their agency.
Officials from the Department of Social Services states Section 452.377 deals with shared custody arrangements in divorce and dissolution cases. The section does not directly affect children in the custody of the Division of Family Services. Therefore, there is no fiscal impact to the Department.
