Officials of the Department of Natural Resources assume no fiscal impact to their department.


Oversight assumes this proposal would change the length of the term of office for the initially appointed directors of public water supply districts from June to April. Oversight assumes this would bring their initial election dates in line with their subsequent election dates in current law.

Oversight assumes this proposal would have no state or local fiscal impact.

FISCAL DESCRIPTION


This bill changes the length of the term of office for the initially appointed directors of public water supply districts from June to April because of a change in the date of their subsequent election.


This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
