Officials from the Office of Attorney General and Office of State Courts Administrator assume the proposal will have no fiscal impact on their organizations.
Officials from the Department of Mental Health (DMH) state the proposal appears to place no additional responsibilities upon the DMH that would result in additional costs. Therefore, the DMH assumes the proposal will have no fiscal impact.
