Officials from the Office of the State Courts Administrator, Department of Public Safety, Department of Health and Senior Services, Office of the Secretary of State, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Office of the State Public Defender, Department of Social Services, Department of Corrections and the Office of the Attorney General each assume the proposal would have no fiscal impact on their respective agencies.


Officials from the Office of Prosecution Services (OPS) have not responded to Oversight’s request for fiscal information.
