FISCAL ANALYSIS
ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Department of Economic Development - Public Service Commission and Office of Public Counsel, Department of Agriculture, and the Office of Administration - Administrative Hearing Commission state there will be no fiscal impact to their respective agencies.
Officials from the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) do not anticipate a direct fiscal impact from this proposal. Technical support, staff support, or energy related information and/or data may be requested from DNR and it is assumed those activities would be handled with existing resources.
Officials from the Missouri Senate that this proposal either has no fiscal impact as it relates to their agency or minimal costs which can be absorbed by present appropriations.
Officials from the House of Representatives and the Office of Lieutenant Governor did not respond to a request for fiscal note.
