ASSUMPTION
Officials at the Department of Higher Education assume that there is no fiscal impact from this proposal.
Officials at the Northwest Missouri State University assume the University should receive the benefit of some cost savings due to a more efficient and cost effective process used within a designated design-build project.
Oversight assumes no fiscal impact to state funds as a result of this proposal.
