FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
Under current law, only applicants for water pollution control permits can appeal decisions of the Department of Natural Resources to the Clean Water Commission. This proposal extends appeal rights to other affected parties with specific legal interest in a permit.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
