Download instructions:
- Right-click the "Fiscal Note Template" link above. Select "Save Target As..."
- Make sure in the "Save In:" box towards the top, "Desktop" is chosen. In the "File Name:" box towards the bottom, change the file name to FNWork.exe. Then click the "Save" button. Close when complete
- Double-click that newly created file that is now on your desktop and click "unzip" (in some cases you might have to click "Run" before you get the option to "unzip") to extract the files to your hard drive
- A "FNWork" folder will be created for you on your hard drive (c:)
- Open "My Computer" and go to your "C:" drive and find the "FNWork" folder
- From that "FNWork" folder, right click on "FNWorksheet.xls" and drag it to the desktop selecting "Create Shortcut here." (the window must be resized in order to see some of the desktop so that you can drag the icon)
- Now right click on the shortcut that you've just created and go down to properties.
- Go to the "General" tab and check the "Read-Only" box and click "Apply" and "OK."
