Designation of certain holidays.
9.020. In each year the third Monday of January is known as
"Martin Luther King Day" and the twelfth day of February is known
as "Lincoln Day" and the thirteenth day of April is known as
"Jefferson Day" and the second Monday in October is known as
"Columbus Day".
