166.237. Nothing in sections 166.200 to 166.242, sections 173.053 and 173.262, RSMo, or in any advance tuition payment contract entered into pursuant to sections 166.200 to 166.242, sections 173.053 and 173.262, RSMo, shall be construed as a promise or guarantee by the trust or the state of Missouri that a person will be admitted to a state institution of higher education or to a particular state institution of higher education, will be allowed to continue to attend a state institution of higher education after having been admitted, or will be graduated from a state institution of higher education.
