Authorized state, county or municipal officers, good faith immunity
from criminal liability.
195.371. No criminal liability is imposed by sections
195.005 to 195.425 upon any authorized state, county, or
municipal officer, lawfully engaged in the enforcement of
sections 195.005 to 195.425 in good faith.
