288.260. The director shall prepare a report for the director of the department of labor and industrial relations and the report shall be submitted by the director of the department of labor and industrial relations to the governor and to the commission no later than the fifteenth day of December of each year. The report shall cover the administration and operation of this law during the preceding fiscal year ending June thirtieth and shall make such recommendations for amendments to this law as the director of the department of labor and industrial relations deems proper.
