336.225. Any optometrist or any person, firm, or corporation employing or associated with an optometrist may advertise the availability of optometric service. The optometrist shall be responsible for ensuring that his or her name is prominently displayed at all of his or her practice locations. All eye examination services shall be provided by a person in accordance with the provisions of section 336.030.
