380.581. Any company operating under the provisions of sections 380.201 to 380.591 shall have all the powers, rights, privileges and obligations of a corporation organized under the provisions of chapter 351, RSMo, except insofar as such provisions are inconsistent with the provisions of sections 380.301 to 380.591.
