383.033. A Missouri nonprofit corporation formed for the purpose of providing malpractice insurance upon the assessment plan pursuant to sections 383.010 to 383.041 shall be treated as a Missouri mutual insurance company organized under chapter 380 for purposes of subdivision (4) of subsection 2 of section 143.441.
