Credit Insurance and Service Contracts

Credit life, accident and health insurance must be placed directly in
companies holding a certificate of authority to do business in this
state.
385.080. Credit life and credit accident and health
insurance may be written or issued in Missouri only when placed
directly in insurance companies duly granted certificate of
authority to do such business in this state.
