436.163. Sections 436.150 to 436.163 shall only apply to performing rights societies. Sections 436.150 to 436.163 shall not apply to contracts between copyright owners or performing rights societies and broadcasters licensed by the Federal Communications Commission, or contracts with cable operators, programmers or other transmission services.
