Section 441.710

Certain parties have standing to initiate expedited eviction proceedings.

441.710. Any of the following parties shall have standing to bring a civil action pursuant to sections 441.710 to 441.880:

(1) A landlord; or

(2) A prosecuting attorney of the jurisdiction in which the leased property is located.
